CANCELLATION POLICY

Revenant Sanctum Cancellation & Booking Policy At Revenant Sanctum, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is canceled without adequate notice, it is often impossible to fill that time. The following policy helps protect the time reserved for all clients. Lash, Tattoo, Brow, and All Other Beauty Services A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the scheduled service total. * Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment (“no-shows”) will also be charged 40% of the scheduled service total. * Cancellation fees must be paid before booking any future appointments. * Deposits, if collected, will be applied toward any cancellation fee unless otherwise stated. Bridal & Special Event Makeup Because bridal and event dates are reserved exclusively and often prevent other bookings, all makeup bookings require a non-refundable retainer. * The retainer reserves your event date and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, reduction of services, or change of mind. * The retainer is not a penalty but consideration for reserving your event date and declining other potential bookings. * If Revenant Sanctum must cancel due to circumstances within our control, all monies paid, including the retainer, will be refunded. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service to avoid delaying other appointments. The full service price will still apply. Appointments that cannot be completed due to excessive lateness may be treated as a late cancellation. Emergencies Verified medical emergencies, severe weather, or other extraordinary circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Revenant Sanctum’s sole discretion. Agreement By scheduling an appointment with Revenant Sanctum, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Booking Policy and authorize any applicable cancellation fees to be charged according to the payment method provided at booking.
